Happened across the lovely 
's character Delphanium [link] and was compelled to draw him.
He's. So. PRETTY.
I messed up his design a lil. The closet of his feets is supposed to be all sunsetty, but I got a little overzealous with the black. DX
Also I've no clue what he's holding.
Anatomy's a little wonky.

Pigment liners and rosearts and SO MUCH WHITE GEL PEN OMG.
Went a bit overboard with that, but oh well. He's shiny.
